Aquatics provide an exercise option for those seeking a safe environment with great exercise potential. Exercising in the water has many advantages and AAC offers an ever increasing variety in aqua programming. Our pool is heated for year round usage.
Aqua Aerobics Aerobic conditioning and muscle toning are accomplished using the resistance of water while avoiding stress to the joints. Classes are Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 9 - 10 am.
Lap Swimming The pool is created for lap swimming. It is 20 meters long and 5 feet deep at it's deepest point. The pool hours are the same as our club's, so it's always available to you.
