Class Descriptions:

  • STEP: High intensity and low impact, using the Step platform.
  • HI-LO: High impact mixed with low impact-but every segment can be performed in low mode.
  • LIGHTEN UP: Ideal for you rookies and you who are young at heart, Simple and fun at a little slower pace.
  • Group Power: "PUMP YOU UP!" isolation BARBELL exercise for all those places you want to make firmer, tighter, stronger! It WILL change your body.
  • YOGA: An awesome stretch and balance class.Relax and breath.
  • CARDIO KICK-BOXING: Let's get ready to rumble! Punch, jab, squat, jump, run, hit, and get the frustrations out!
  • AQUA: A non-impact gravity-free aerobic and toning class. Perfect for anyone who doesn't mind getting wet.
  • AIKIDO: This traditional Japanese martial arts class of self defense is offered at an additional fee and is taught by an expert trainer.
  • YOGA FLOW: A power yoga style class that works the body as a whole unit through a series of postures connected with movements and breathing.
  • SPIN: This high energy indoor cycling class is for EVERYONE! This class incorporates a variety of resistances, speeds, and positions on a specialized bike. You will not want to miss this awesome cardio workout.
  • CIRCUIT TRAINING: Forget the choreography and PLAY! You will move from one "station" to another alternating between cardio and conditioning exercises for the ultimate workout.
  • ZUMBA: Salsa your way to being fit. Have fun with this new Latin twist to exercise. Your body and soul will benefit from this energized workout.
