- AQUA: A non-impact gravity-free aerobic and toning class. Perfect for anyone who doesn't mind getting wet.
- AIKIDO: This traditional Japanese martial arts class of self defense is offered at an additional fee and is taught by an expert trainer.
- YOGA FLOW: A power yoga style class that works the body as a whole unit through a series of postures connected with movements and breathing.
