Anastasia Athletic Club provides focused programs for those individuals looking for motivation, comradery and fun.

Aqua Aerobics

Aerobic conditioning and muscle toning are accomplished using the resistance of water while avoiding stress to the joints. Classes are Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturdays from 9 - 10 AM.
Group exercise classes are great because they provide a certified instructor to motivate you through the class. Each class is also done to music to help keep you going. And last but not least, you are in an environment with other members trying to achieve the same results as you. For a schedule, just click on "Group Exercise" above.

Lighten Up

A slower and less intense class designed for rookies, seniors, or those interested in a low impact class. This simple and fun class involves all aspects of health and wellness.

Group Power

Get "PUMPED UP"! It's an isolation barbell exercise class to help tone, firm, tighten, and build strength. It will change your body.
